Insight Manager (Quant) - £36500+ (DOE) - Leeds (hybrid)

Salary: £36,500+ per year (depending on experience) Location: Leeds (hybrid) Are you an experienced Insight Manager or Senior Research Executive ready for your next challenge? Our client, a forward-thinking insights consultancy, is looking for a confident, client-facing Insight Manager to join their team. You’ll manage complex research projects, build trusted client relationships, and oversee junior team members, delivering high-quality, commercially-focused insights. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple complex projects end-to-end, ensuring efficiency, budgets, and quality outputs. Act as key client contact, building trust and identifying account growth opportunities. Lead project teams and line manage junior staff, providing coaching and guidance. Oversee research inputs, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting to deliver actionable insights. Manage project financials, proposals, and commercial processes. Contribute to innovation, solutions, and process improvements within the team. About You Experienced in agency-side quantitative or mixed-method research Confident, client-facing, and calm under pressure. Hands-on project leader, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience line managing junior staff. Detail-oriented, commercially aware, and solution-focused. Adaptable, entrepreneurial, and collaborative team player.
