Infrastructure Project Manager (Remote)

In this role, you will lead and manage large-scale IT infrastructure projects, overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical solutions. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and third-party vendors, to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This position requires a strong mix of program management, technical insight, and leadership skills to drive successful outcomes. You will be responsible for risk management, regulatory compliance, and ensuring your team has the tools and guidance needed for high-quality project delivery. The role offers exposure to a variety of infrastructure technologies and the chance to make a meaningful impact on enterprise IT initiatives.

Accountabilities:

• Lead and manage complex IT infrastructure programs, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, defining objectives, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and project sponsors, to align goals and priorities.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively to maintain project success.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Manage relationships with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams, equipping them with necessary tools and resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in program or project management, particularly with large-scale IT infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex project challenges.
• Experience working independently and managing multiple competing priorities.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
• PMP or other relevant project management certifications are advantageous.
• Broad technical understanding of infrastructure, networks, servers, and telecommunications.
