SC03 Project Manager/Service Manager Project Manager The Project Manager/Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of infrastructure projects and ongoing service management, ensuring they align with organizational objectives, are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role involves specialization in Project Management, focusing on both day-to-day business operations and change initiatives. As a Project Manager, they oversee the planning, execution, and closure of infrastructure projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and communicating project status. They develop and enforce project management methodologies, tools, and templates to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects. Project Managers/Service Managers are expected to possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. They should be proficient in project management methodologies, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to adapt to diverse project environments and deliver value through effective project execution and ongoing service management. 3-6 years of experience in practicing the relevant skills. Able to execute the described skills at a project, program or medium complex platform level.
