BYD France offers a range of electric vehicles, including all-electric cars, buses & forklifts. BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects. Influencer Marketing Specialist – BYD France Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to enhance BYD’s brand visibility, preference, and engagement in the French market. - Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers/KOLs across automotive, tech, lifestyle, and premium categories, ensuring strong brand alignment. - Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns: brief creation, content review, timeline management, budget tracking, and performance optimization. - Collaborate closely with Marketing, Social Media, PR, and Sales teams to ensure influencer content supports product launches, campaigns, and brand positioning. - Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging creators to continuously elevate BYD’s influencer approach. - Analyze campaign performance and produce data-driven reports with insights and recommendations for improvement. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. - Minimum 7 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in automotive, tech, lifestyle, or other premium/luxury industries. - Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and influencer ecosystem in France. - Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Fluent in French and English (both mandatory); Chinese is an advantage.
