In-Home Furniture Repair Technician

RH is seeking an In-Home Furniture Repair Technician to repair and restore products from our broad assortment of furniture and accessories, ensuring they meet our quality standards. This role is client-facing, with regular visits to clients’ homes across your assigned territory. Delivering first-class service through expert craftsmanship, clear communication, and relationship-building is at the heart of this position. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Repair and restore furniture to first-quality standards in customers’ homes, RH Galleries, and Home Delivery Centers Provide quality assurance and communicate feedback to strengthen continuous improvement Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment Promote a culture of safety and adherence to best practices Demonstrate adaptability to evolving priorities and client needs OUR REQUIREMENTS A spirit of teamwork, ownership, urgency, and attention to detail Technical expertise in furniture repair, including wood, leather, fabric, coatings and finishes on varied surfaces such as metal, stone, marble, and concrete, and knowledge of framing and furniture construction methods Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to deliver first-class client experiences Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with professionalism Willingness and flexibility to travel within the assigned geographic territory.
