This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Implementation Specialist in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to serve as a key technical and functional expert, guiding clients through the successful implementation of software solutions. The Implementation Specialist will translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions, configure software systems, and support data integrations, migrations, and reporting processes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, meet client expectations, and adhere to quality standards. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, client-facing environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and has a passion for technology and process improvement. You will also provide ongoing support and training, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, while occasionally traveling to meet client needs.

Accountabilities:

·        Develop deep knowledge of software products and their application to client requirements.

·        Analyze client business and procurement processes to provide tailored configuration and technical recommendations.

·        Design, document, develop, and test data integration, migration, and reporting solutions aligned with client needs.

·        Translate user requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.

·        Conduct and support client testing, ensuring product functionality and quality.

·        Provide technical support, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting for internal teams and clients.

·        Monitor project schedules, prioritize tasks effectively, and escalate issues when necessary.

·        Ensure adherence to project standards, quality levels, and best practices.

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

·        5+ years of experience as a business/system analyst or in a similar implementation role.

·        2+ years of experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and XML.

·        Familiarity with multiple software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Iterative, Waterfall).

·        Experience with tools such as MapForce, Jaspersoft, and DBeaver is a plus.

·        Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·        Proven ability to solve complex business problems using technology and process improvements.

·        Experience with RDBMS data design, data migration, APIs, ETLs, and transformation tools.

·        Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.

·        Willingness to travel periodically (up to 10%).

·        Authorized to work in the United States and reside in a supported state.
