In this role, you will ensure the seamless deployment, configuration, and integration of software solutions for clients. You will serve as the technical point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and account management. Your work will directly impact client success by delivering reliable, efficient, and customized solutions while troubleshooting issues and providing guidance. You will document processes, provide training, and contribute feedback to improve product functionality and operational efficiency. The role requires both technical proficiency and strong communication skills, with an emphasis on delivering an exceptional client experience. Accountabilities

  • Lead the deployment, configuration, and integration of software solutions for new and existing clients.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients during implementation, providing guidance and updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise throughout the implementation phase.
  • Maintain and create detailed documentation for implementation processes, custom configurations, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to streamline client integration and optimize go-live timelines.
  • Provide training and support to clients and internal teams to ensure effective product adoption.
  • Gather client feedback to recommend product enhancements and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in implementation or technical support roles, preferably in SaaS.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with system integrations, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce for project tracking and issue resolution.
  • Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python or JavaScript is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
