Implementation Architect (Remote - US)

In this role, you will act as the critical bridge between Pre-Sales and Professional Services, ensuring that validated customer solutions are seamlessly translated into executable delivery architectures. You will guide the implementation of complex AI and high-performance data storage solutions, providing technical leadership and governance throughout the delivery lifecycle. This position requires a combination of hands-on expertise, strategic problem-solving, and collaboration across multiple teams to guarantee high-quality deployment outcomes. You will play a key role in capturing lessons learned and continuously improving implementation standards, helping customers realize maximum value from advanced data infrastructure. Accountabilities

• Review solution designs for delivery feasibility, identifying risks and ensuring alignment with implementation capabilities.
• Translate solution architecture into detailed execution plans, statements of work, and deployment templates.
• Define configuration standards, integration models, and best practices to ensure consistent and scalable implementations.
• Lead internal handoff processes between Pre-Sales and Professional Services teams to maintain continuity and technical accuracy.
• Support early-stage deployments as a design authority, providing guidance and technical oversight.
• Capture lessons learned from projects and feed insights back into templates, processes, and design standards.
• Maintain governance across the full solution lifecycle, from design through acceptance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in implementation architecture, solution delivery, or related technical roles.
• Proven expertise in translating complex technical solutions into practical implementation plans.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured approach to assessing risk and identifying root causes.
• Experience defining configuration standards, deployment templates, and integration strategies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and customer teams.
• Self-starter mindset with innovative thinking and a strong orientation toward achieving measurable results.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills to convey technical information clearly and persuasively.
