In this role, youâll conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), design and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and use data\-driven insights to refine supports. Youâll collaborate closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, administrators, and families to build systems that align behavioral growth with academic goals. Your work will go beyond individual student needsâyouâll also influence school\-wide practices, offering coaching and professional development that empowers educators to apply evidence\-based behavioral strategies in the classroom.

- Experience working in school or educational settings (preferred).
<\/span><\/li>- Strong communication, collaboration, and data\-driven problem\-solving skills.
<\/li>- A passion for supporting students and building stronger learning communities.
<\/li>- Active BCBA certification and Masterâs degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
