The successful candidate will assist with the preparation, cooking and delivery of a high standard food catering service to patients, residents, meals-on-wheels, staff, volunteers, internal and external functions and visitors, with strict adherence to food safety legislation within the catering department (Central Kitchen, Restaurant, Coffee Dock, ward kitchens/dining rooms) and associated areas.
