Position Summary:  The Rental Technician is responsible for supporting the daily operations of our rental equipment, including skis, snowboards, ice skates, ski and snowboard boots, and helmets. This role ensures that all equipment is properly maintained, organized, and in top condition for our guests. The Rental Technician will oversee inventory control, equipment upkeep, and assist the rental team when necessary.  Duties & Responsibilities: * Manage inventory, organization, and maintenance of all rental equipment. * Performs equipment services including inspections, waxing, sharpening, and adjusting in a timely and professional manner. * Processes services transactions (debit, credit) using the RTP POS. * Maintains thorough knowledge of and guides guests on proper use of rental equipment, maintenance equipment, and reinforces safe equipment practices. * Ensure the rental area is clean, organized, and equipment is easily accessible for both guests and staff.
