Description

As an HSE Specialist, you will become part of the Plenitude France family, with all its activities ranging from renewables to electric charging, energy efficiency studies, and retail. In particular, the HSE team is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local, national, and European regulations regarding health, safety, and the environment. You will play an active role in the management and monitoring of photovoltaic and wind plants in France, as well as charging infrastructure for electric mobility, in addition to commercial activities related to energy sales and studies to ensure energy savings in buildings.

Main activities:

· Contribute to the verification of key safety documents through their understanding and implementation (Risk Assessment Document, Workplace Safety Plans, Operational Safety Procedures, Construction Safety Plans, Emergency Plans, etc.);

· Monitor and manage deadlines related to training, both mandatory and non-mandatory, health surveillance, and the assignment and management of personal protective equipment (PPE);

· Draft and keep updated the integrated management system useful for achieving/maintaining the relevant certifications; · Manage the monitoring of accident and environmental KPIs and promote continuous improvement initiatives; · Manage HSE events (unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, near misses, incidents) also through case investigations and the implementation of improvement actions; · Assess recurring and/or emerging risks and propose mitigation actions;

Ensure HSE control (through inspections/audits) on activities carried out internally and/or by third-party suppliers; 

· Design and schedule HSE information and training courses for employees and/or contractors; 

· Manage relationships with consultants, certification bodies, and other stakeholders; 

· Verify the correct management of key environmental compliance obligations (e.g., management of excavated soil and rocks, management of WEEE and EEE, waste traceability).

 

Profil recherché : 

 

Bachelor's Degree in Techniques for the Prevention and Protection of Work Environments / Environmental Sciences / Engineering;

 Different and/or lower qualifications may be considered in light of significant experience in the field;

· At least 3 years of experience, preferably in environments with high electrical risk and the presence of energized systems;

· Good knowledge of French and English;

· Availability for travel within Italy.

The profile is completed by: 

· Thorough knowledge of European Directives on workplace safety and environmental matters

· Previous training useful for the appointment of ASPP/RSPP-IPRP

· ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 auditor qualification is appreciated, as well as knowledge of integrated management systems and their implementation

· Knowledge of regulations regarding the management of WEEE, waste management, and excavated soil and rock is appreciated

· Knowledge of the UNI CEI EN ISO 50001:2018 standard on energy management systems is appreciated.
