Our values: * Be Bold * Be Curious * Stronger Together Your responsibilities In this role of HR Director, you’ll get to: * Support our people managers and team members as a Business Partner across our organisation, advising them on the daily management of their teams * Develop, deploy and optimize our HR processes and initiatives to align them with our business objectives * Oversee HR operations managed by our HR Generalist, reporting to you, ensuring HR processes are run smoothly and guarantee HR compliance, in accordance with local regulations * Coordinate and contribute to the onboarding and offboarding of new team members * Stay up to date with HR market best practices and find innovative ways to enhance the excellence of the HR function (Talent Management, Employer Brand, Career path) * Take care of HR legal matters * Support organizational changes in partnership with managers and by anticipating the HR impacts and needs related to organizational transformations * Manage the Office missions (weekly snack deliveries, monthly events, premises improvement) * Manage a team of 3 members (1 HR and 2 TA) working remotely Who you are * You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as HR leader in the Tech sector * You speak both french and english fluently * You like to work in an international environment (experience with the US is a nice to have) * You are data driven * You are GenAI oriented * You are a great communicator (verbally & in writing) and an active listener * You are agile, proactive and you are looking for new ways of improving processes and strategy * You are a real team player who wants to build a big success story with us If you do not meet the requirements but you think you are a great fit, you are welcome to apply and explain why !
