Location: San Luis Post Acute (San Luis Obispo, CA)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily housekeeping operations. This leader ensures our facility meets all cleanliness, infection control, and safety standards while fostering a positive team environment.

Pay Rate: $25-$28 DOE 

Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, 401k, Paid Sick Leave, Vacation Time off.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and support housekeeping staff
•  Coordinate schedules & daily cleaning assignments
• Ensure facility cleanliness, sanitation, & infection-control compliance
•  Collaborate with Nursing & other departments for smooth workflow
• Train and motivate team members
• Maintain supply inventory and equipment standards
•  Promote a comfortable, safe environment for residents & staff

• Experience in housekeeping leadership (healthcare preferred)
• Strong communication & teamwork skills
• Compassion for seniors and those we serve
• Ability to multitask & motivate a team
• Physically able to perform/assist with housekeeping tasks as needed
