Housekeeper Location: Bourton-on-the-Water, Gloucestershire Contract Type: Casual Work Agreement (0-hour contract) Your Next Chapter We’re looking for detail-driven, reliable Housekeepers to join our Managed Services team in beautiful Bourton-on-the-Water. You’ll play a vital role in making sure every guest enjoys that “wow” moment when they walk through the door of their holiday home. Whether it’s a planned changeover clean, a deep clean between bookings or supporting with stock deliveries, your work helps us deliver the high standards that Travel Chapter is known for. What you’ll be doing Delivering a 5-star cleaning service across our Bourton-on-the-Water portfolio, following our cleaning checklists and protocols Carrying out changeover, refresh and deep cleans to keep every property guest-ready Managing and replenishing supplies, welcome packs and linen Checking properties for maintenance or safety issues and reporting anything that needs attention Keeping properties safe, secure and looking their best between bookings Supporting with property checks, audits and meter readings when needed Representing Travel Chapter with professionalism and pride in every interaction What you’ll bring Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience Excellent attention to detail and time management A proactive approach and pride in delivering quality work Great communication skills and a can-do attitude Confidence working both independently and as part of a team It would be great if you also have: Experience within the holiday letting industry A full UK driving licence and access to transport Why Travel Chapter?
