What will be your mission?
As HOSTESS (M/F), you will support the overall Food & Beverage operation of the hotel to maximize guest satisfaction and team member performance.
What will you do?
- Promote and ensure guest satisfaction by taking reservations.
- Greet guests and accompany them to their table.
- Monitor the table rotation.
- Prepare the mise-en-place and assist in setting up the area.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operation.
- Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Good level of English both verbal and written.
