The role would provide a wealth of experience and opportunities to lead, plan, assess and teach in a small, specialised group as well as deliver learning for whole class groups. This role is ideal for candidates with experience supporting children and who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in children's lives. You will work in close partnership with the class teacher to create a caring, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that promotes both personal and academic growth. Requirements: We are looking for an individual who: has strong relationship building skills and techniques is passionate about helping children reach their potential despite challenges can communicate clearly with children and adults, verbally and in writing has experience of working with all ages of children in school able to adhere to policies and procedures and follow GDPR guidelines is confident in supporting good behaviour and is confident in deploying a range of behaviour management strategies has a desire to participate in school and Trust CPD opportunities has a full understanding of Safeguarding can provide class teaching cover where required.
