Helper II - Scaffolding (perm)

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Scaffolder - Helper II on a full time permanent basis at the Co-op Refinery Complex in Regina, SK. This position requires on-site and is based in Regina, Sk.

Shift: 4 days on, then 3 days off -37.33 Hours/week

What you’ll do:

Duties include but are not limited to:

• The key role of this position is to efficiently carry out duties in the Scaffolding Trade Section of the Mechanical Department at a helper level of responsibility.
• Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting Journeyperson Scaffolders in the daily routines in the Scaffolding Section.
• Other duties as required.

The Team: You will work closely with other Tradespersons across the Maintenance Department and will report into the Trades Supervisor.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Production, Trades and Maintenance and:

• Completion of Grade XII including Chemistry 30, Physics 30, and Math/Algebra 30 is required.
• Candidates must have superior mechanical aptitude, the physical capability to perform heavy work associated with the position and demonstrated ability in the performance of semi-skilled maintenance work.
• Have experience directly related to the required duties of the Trade at the Complex, is an asset.
• You’re honest and trustworthy, are results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
• You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
