What You’ll Need Minimum 2 QQI Level 5 modules – Care Skills & Care of the Older Person (Essential) At least 12 months’ experience in care (Desirable) Excellent communication & interpersonal skills A reliable, compassionate, and proactive approach Patient Moving & Handling cert (Desirable — we can help you obtain this) Own transport is an advantage but not essential Ready to make a difference in your own community?
