What is the objective of this position? What is the expected outcome?
We are looking for a Health & Safety Manager with solid experience in complex industrial environments to fill a vacancy within our MRO team, leading the Health & Safety strategy in a multinational organisation. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, fostering a strong safety culture, and coordinating the implementation of global standards across all assigned sites. Their main responsibilities include:
1. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation across all assigned countries and sites.
2. Implement and maintain corporate Health and Safety standards, adapting them to local operational realities.
3. Conduct risk assessments specific to the industrial sector.
4. Lead the investigation of incidents and accidents, ensuring thorough root-cause analysis and the definition of effective action plans.
5. Develop and promote safety leadership programmes, training initiatives, and a strong preventive culture.
6. Manage and continuously improve management systems (ISO 45001).
What profile are we looking for?
• Education: Advanced Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention with specialisations in Safety, Hygiene, Ergonomics and Psychosociology.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in similar roles.
• Knowledge of: ISO 45001, prevention management, and Occupational Health & Safety management systems.
• Languages: High level of English (C1).
• Soft Skills: Ability to lead multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, proactivity, and strong decision-making skills in complex situations. Innovation within production environments, customer orientation, assertiveness, effective communication/coordination skills, and availability to travel internationally.

Who am I going to work with? (In my team and in collaboration with other areas.)
Reporting to the Corporate Health & Safety Directorate, you will work within a Joint Prevention Service (covering 5 companies and 3,000 employees) and form part of a global team operating across 5 countries. Within the factory, you will maintain direct and continuous interaction with Operations, Industrial Development and Maintenance, as well as with contractors. You will also be required to participate in various working groups and collaborate closely with social partners.
