Job Summary The Health Care aide is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of the Care Coordinator and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs.  Responsibilities  * Assistance with personal care and hygiene * Meal Preparation * Light Housekeeping * Accompany clients on outings * Shopping and errands * Medication Assist/ Reminders * Ambulation and transporting of clients * Provide companionship to clients * Ability to follow care-plan * Documentation/Charting Qualifications * Health Care aide Certificate or equivalent (foreign-trained nurse, nursing student). * Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain  * Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray * MUST HAVE A CAR * Access to Internet/mobile phone
