Comfortable running long, multi-phase campaigns (6–12 months). Highly data-literate and commercially sharp. Strong project manager with exceptional attention to detail. Hands-on and adaptable; thrives in founder-led environments where you help build structure as you go. A natural people leader: supportive, clear, organised and energising. 💸 Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 DOE 🏡 Logistics: Shoreditch office (2 days a week WFH)
