About the Job Reporting to the Chief Strategy and People Officer, the Head of Internal Communications is a strategic leader responsible for designing, executing and continuously evolving the internal communications strategy. This role partners closely with People, Strategy and cross-functional teams to ensure communications are tightly aligned with the IB’s strategic priorities, fostering a culture of trust, transparency and engagement.
