Role Description and Purpose: Role Accountability: The Head of Growth will develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with the overall objectives of the Schools Proposition. They will lead cross-functional initiatives involving marketing, product, sales, and data teams to inform and execute growth strategies across the sub-portfolios. A key part of the role involves identifying and optimising growth levers throughout the customer journey, such as funnel conversion, onboarding, and upselling. The successful candidate will design and run experiments to test hypotheses and uncover new growth opportunities, while also contributing to the development of growth models across the proposition. They will monitor key performance indicators and report on growth metrics to the wider leadership team, ensuring transparency and alignment. Staying ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies will be essential to maintaining a competitive edge.
