o OSS and BSS full stack integrations and surrounding ecosystems o API management & microservice architecture o Cloud-Native & Platform transformation o Data analytics, AI/ML applications in service operations In depth knowledge of different SDLC methodologies including Agile, Waterfall and DevOps approaches. Proven experience with MS IT and ADM related frameworks - ITIL, COBIT & SAFe Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional highly matrixed and globally distributed teams. Recommended certifications (external): ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, PMP Recommended certifications (internal): MSCOO, ICT PD JS8 GIAP certification Proven track record to deliver results within a time sensitive and high-pressure environment. Solid ability to communicate effectively at executive levels. In-depth knowledge of running Organizational and Solution Level Governance. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
