About the Role We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead a dedicated kitchen team within a values-led organisation that provides meals for residents, visitors, and staff across several outlets, including a tearoom, event catering, and internal dining services. Set in a peaceful and picturesque rural location, the site welcomes a wide variety of guests throughout the year and prides itself on offering high-quality, freshly prepared food with a focus on care, tradition, and community. Main Responsibilities Lead the delivery of quality food across the tearoom and event catering functions, including menu development Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef on food for special events and community dining Ensure production, preparation, and presentation of food meet the highest standards Liaise with operations and finance teams on stock control and ordering Uphold all Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations Build strong collaboration with Front of House teams to ensure an outstanding guest experience Continue to develop your culinary skills and support the organisation’s growth Demonstrate leadership, creativity, and a genuine passion for hospitality Experience Required Proven experience working at Head Chef level A track record of maintaining and improving health and safety procedures Skills and Attributes Excellent communication and leadership skills Integrity, professionalism, and a positive, adaptable attitude About Chefs for Chefs Chefs for Chefs are committed to promoting equal opportunities regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
