About the Role Support the Hub Manager in delivering the work of a specialist Hub, providing an efficient, effective and comprehensive business support services across all of A&C. Have specialist technical knowledge in the work of the Hub they are assigned to. Have a comprehensive understanding of the core tasks undertaken by Admin, to provide support and mentoring where required. Have an excellent understanding of the workflow to ensure effective progression, participate in their development and to actively suggest opportunities for continuous improvement of the service. Supporting the Hub Manager and colleagues to ensure the that work allocated is completed accurately and delivered in a timely manner within expected timeframes. About You To apply for this post, you must: Be able to monitor generic inboxes and work trays to ensure that they are appropriately managed and information recorded/tracked/progressed and prioritised as appropriate. Be able to support the Hub Manager in resolving any queries and issues. Be able to respond to phone calls, issue guidance/letters, and/or emails to staff, service users or partners as appropriate. Maintain a high-quality responsive customer service for both internal and external customers. You must also have an understanding of, and commitment to, equality, diversity and inclusion.
