Guidewire Technical Manager

Key Responsibilities:<\/span>
<\/p>

• Serve as a core contributor within Tech Mahindra’s Guidewire Engineering team.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Lead the design and implementation of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), recommending appropriate tools, frameworks, and technologies.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Review and validate both high\-level and detailed solution designs.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Conduct technical proof\-of\-concepts to explore new technologies and architectural patterns, and suggest enhancements or migration strategies from legacy systems.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Drive Guidewire implementation efforts, including inception phases and suite deployments (PC\/BC\/CC).<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Utilize expertise in Java, GOSU, Spring, web services, server\-side technologies, and various testing methodologies.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Work with CI\/CD tools such as Maven, Gradle, NPM, AWS CodeBuild, AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Leverage AWS services including EC2, Lambda, ECS, S3, EBS, VPC, CloudWatch, and CloudFormation (preferred).<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Collaborate in cross\-functional teams to build and maintain resilient, scalable, and secure services and platforms.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Partner with testing, security, and operations teams to ensure robust and compliant solutions.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Participate in talent acquisition by conducting technical interviews.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Engage with the Guidewire community to share knowledge and seek solutions across the product portfolio.<\/span>

  Requirements<\/h3>

  Experience Required:<\/span>
  Minimum of 8 years of hands\-on experience with one or more Guidewire InsuranceSuite products\-PolicyCenter (PC), BillingCenter (BC), or ClaimCenter (CC).<\/span>
