Please apply directly to this website >>> https://jobs.fillarole.ca/job-board/jobs/820/guest-service-representative/sioux-narrows-on?utm_source=Workable&utm_medium=Referral&utm_campaign=Guest%20Service%20Representative Job Duties: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments for transportation of guest to checking counter Load and unload guests luggage from boats and prepare for check in Obtain guest preferences for lunch and dietary issues to provide to servers Answer enquiries regarding hotel services and pre registration in person, provide information about services available at the resort and respond to guests' complaints Check daily record of guest arrivals to prepare for quantity of people to receive at the resort for first class experience Transport guests as required with golf cart to ensure people with disabilities or constraints are able to get to the check in without issues. Other duties that apply Job Requirements: Previous experience at a resort is an asset Comfortable answering questions from guests and promoting experiences at the resort Able to lift 50lbs Work well independently and part of a team Amazing customer service ability Strong retention of information is an asset to remember guest preferences Willing to work all days of the week including holidays Able to start work early and work late if required Excellent hygiene and presentable is required on shift Benefits Package: Accommodation available for 175 bi-weekly and 3 meals per day included.
