We’re now assembling a world-class team to build a global AI powerhouse. What You’ll Do Identify, assess, and prioritise new industry verticals for Axe to expand into. Conduct market sizing, competitive analysis, and define the ideal customer profile for each vertical. Develop tailored go-to-market motions, value propositions, and activation plans. Build frameworks to evaluate new geographic markets and recommend country-level entry strategies. Work with leadership to shape launch plans covering distribution, pricing, compliance, and localisation. Support market activation by coordinating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product. Source, evaluate, and structure partnerships across technology, distribution, and channel partners. Build business cases, negotiate partnership terms, and define joint go-to-market initiatives. Manage ongoing partner relationships and track performance. Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure aligned and effective GTM execution. Must Have Experience in venture capital, investment banking, strategic consulting, or high-growth startups/scale-ups. Proven ability to evaluate new markets, assess business models, and build data-backed business cases. Experience leading or supporting initiatives in new market entry, vertical expansion, partnerships, or go-to-market planning. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Highly organised and comfortable managing cross-functional workstreams in fast-paced environments. Proactive, self-driven, and able to operate with autonomy in ambiguous situations.
