Group Responsible AI Product Analyst In this fantastic new role, you will Join HSBC’s Group AI Management and Strategy (AIMS) team, putting you at the cutting edge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within one of the world’s leading financial institutions. You will collaborate with global teams to shape AI strategies, optimise project lifecycles, and ensure robust governance. Your expertise in business analysis, project management, and AI technology will drive efficiency and compliance across our AI initiatives. In this role, you will: Collaborate with the Group Responsible AI Product Lead and the broader Group AIMS team to shape the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with organisational goals. Identify optimisation opportunities within the AI Use Case Lifecycle to boost efficiency and shorten the time-to-market for AI projects, while ensuring robust governance, oversight, and risk management. Gather Responsible AI requirements from a diverse array of stakeholders and convert them into actionable solutions within the Group AI Use Case Inventory and Lifecycle Management tool. Implement the strategic vision by creating project plans and managing delivery by coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of project milestones. Advocate for customer success by proactively addressing product and process related questions and ensuring a positive user experience. Support the implementation of AI-related policies, procedures, and controls across the AI Use Case Lifecycle by facilitating traceability and ensuring continuous compliance. To be successful in this role you should have the following skills: Technical: Business Analysis: Ability to analyse product business needs and translate them into actionable solutions. Creation of technical documentation including context diagrams, business process model, requirements specification, user stories and test cases. Project Management: Experience in managing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. Knowledge of UI/UX concepts Agile and Waterfall Methodologies: Familiarity with these project management approaches to effectively plan and execute AI projects. Understanding of AI/ML Technology: Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to support AI initiatives. Jira: Proficiency in using Jira for tracking project progress and managing tasks Behavioural/Cognitive Skills: Exceptional Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently. Customer Orientation: Focus on ensuring a positive experience for stakeholders and users. Outcome Orientation: Driven to achieve results and meet project goals. Problem Solving: Strong ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions. Collaboration: Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
