Group Exercise Instructor – Spin / Group Cycling (Freelance Opportunity) Location: London (EC4A 1AY) Rate: £30 per 45-minute class Ready to inspire and energise? We’re looking for a passionate, reliable, and highly motivated Group Exercise Instructor to deliver dynamic Spin / Group Cycling classes at one of our corporate gyms. This is a self-employed, freelance role with an average of one recurring weekly class. Successful candidates must be registered as self-employed and hold valid insurance/ qualifications. Current Requirement: · Class: Spin / Group Cycling · Day & Time: Thursdays at 12:00pm (45 minutes) · Start Date: Ideally from 19th November (paid trial class before recurring sessions) What We’re Looking For: · Energetic, approachable, and detail-oriented professionals · Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach · Ability to deliver engaging, safe, and effective group sessions · Experience in fitness instruction and confidence in leading varied ability groups Key Responsibilities: · Deliver motivating group exercise classes tailored to diverse fitness levels · Maintain accurate attendance records and liaise with the motive8 management team · Provide guidance and support to help participants achieve their fitness goals Requirements: · Level 2 Fitness instructing · Indoor cycling certification/Spin instructor certification · Valid self-employed insurance About Us: motive8 is a friendly, diverse health and fitness company specialising in bespoke gym design, personal training, fitness services, and gym & spa management.
