You will be in charge of defining and/or adjusting HORSE risk framework considering potential risks that can occur on corporate offices and plants during the manufacturing process and additionally those that may crop up during transportation and distribution and follow, TISAX as assessment and exchange mechanism for information security in the automotive industry and additional ISOs and regulations related to ICS/OT and Cybersecurity (ISO 27001, NIS2, GDRP etc.).

You will oversee cyber risks in automotive supply chain and Industrial Control systems and data center and related regulations and frameworks like NIST SP 800-82 and enforce security controls based on industry standards and regulation requirements (GDPR, PCI-DSS, SOC2, CIS, etc.).

Finally, you will be contributing as a team lead and an operational partner, reporting directly to the HORSE's Global CISO.

What we’re looking for

  • A proven track record as a Governance, Risk and Compliance manager, Risk Management Lead, or similar role, with strong technical background in various IT security technologies, including infrastructure, applications, data, cloud and network communications and risk regulations / frameworks like NIST, SOC2, TISAX, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, etc.

  • Outstanding staying up to date with the very latest updates about security threats and solutions, strong management and organizational skills.

  • Strong experience working in complex multi-country, multi-cultural, environments, coupled with a collaborative mindset

  • Excellent written and spoken English; good working knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage.
