Location: Good Shepherd Catholic Primary School, Moorside Road, Downham, Bromley, Kent, BR1 5EP Post: Part-time admin assistant – job share - 14 hours per week Mondays and Tuesdays 8.30am to 4.30pm, term time only (38 weeks per year) Start date: 5th January 2026 Salary: Scale 4, spine 8-10 pro rata (approx. actual basic salary range £10,925 - £11,242) Closing date for applications: 24th November 2025, noon Interviews: week beginning 1st December 2025 This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly, successful, busy office at the heart of our school. If you are committed and hardworking are able to think on your feet and be proactive have excellent communication and interpersonal skills are adaptable and quick to learn have excellent IT and administration skills (experience of Arbor desirable but not essential) are able to prioritise and be organised have a sense of humour have experience of working in a school office (desirable but not essential.) you could be just the person for the job!
