Where will you be in the organization? The division You will join GO Procurement Team which is a team integrated in Group Procurement. Our mission is to increase AXA GO entities competitiveness by optimizing the end-to-end Procurement cycle of external spend, while building a high performance and risk-managed supplier based. Our division is composed of several departments with respective accountabilities: GO Procurement Operations GO Contingent Labour​ GO Vendor Risk Management GO Controls & Compliance​ GO Procurement Transformation & Performance The department / team You will be part of the team GO Vendor Risk Management reporting to GO Vendor Risk Lead. About the job Job purpose As the GO Vendor Risk Officer, you will have two main objectives: Lead GO vendor risk process compliance with all regulatory requirements: Continuously adapt & improve vendor risk processes, governance & documentation to new regulations in alignment with Group guidelines Deliver regulatory reporting obligations: Ensure AXA GO delivers mandatory elements/reporting on vendors to AXA regulated entities worldwide in collaboration with GO business functions. Main missions Your responsibilities include: GO vendor risk regulatory compliance: Work in close collaboration with Group Risk, Group Procurement and GO Subject Matter Experts (Security, Compliance, Operational Resilience, Legal, Finance…) to ensure end to end source to contract process & vendor risk framework are compliant with any regulatory requirements. Provide feedback on Group standards and contribute to continuous improvement and simplification Drive continuous training & information to GO & Group procurement teams on vendor risk processes and in particular regulatory requirements Drive remediation & reporting on procurement processes, governance & vendor agreements if required in collaboration with GO & Group procurement. On DORA: Drive vendor agreement & associated services criticality assessment or re-assessment when required in collaboration with risk & procurement teams coordinate procurement contribution to concentration risk analysis and exit plan strategies if required. Regulatory reporting: Drive Procurement contribution to DORA Register of Information, Solvency II ACOR report for outsourcing in collaboration with GO Business functions Set-up and monitor regulatory important/critical vendors & associated contracts and gaps versus regulatory standards. Design status updates and share with AXA entities Contribute and/or coordinate AXA entities requests & questions linked to AXA GO vendor agreements for their local regulator (BAFIN, PRA, ACPR…) Expected skills & experience We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills: Experience Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in consulting, internal control, audit Experience in financial services (insurance/banking) or experience of working with a procurement department would be a plus Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize and communicate complex topics effectively. Strategic thinker with the capacity to challenge the status quo and have a transformation mindset Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Soft Skills: Proficiency in managing diverse stakeholders, from different departments & countries. Ability to see the big picture and prioritize effectively. Excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities.
