We’re building a world-class outbound SDR engine. You will directly manage the global SDR team, elevate performance through coaching, and build the operating system—playbooks, processes, and reporting—that delivers consistent, high-quality pipeline to our AE organization. ✅Responsibilities and Duties Team Leadership & Growth - Directly manage SDRs across regions: hiring, onboarding, development plans, and performance management. - Design the operating rhythm: daily huddles, call reviews, weekly 1:1s, and a clear weekly business review. - Build a positive, accountable culture with transparent expectations, shared wins, and continuous improvement. Coaching Excellence - Deliver structured, behavior-based coaching focused on discovery, objection handling, and meeting quality. - Run regular call coaching and calibrated QA reviews to improve conversation quality and consistency. - Establish career pathways and readiness criteria for SDRs progressing to AE/CS. Outbound Playbooks - Define ICPs and personas for Brand Protection use cases (marketplaces, social, domains, paid ads, investigations). - Create and maintain outbound sequences, messaging frameworks, talk tracks, social plays, and objection trees. - Partner with Product Marketing and Sales Leadership to launch targeted campaigns and refine messaging based on front-line feedback. Process, Reporting & Enablement - Own SDR processes from prospecting to AE handoff, including qualification standards and routing rules. - Build clear dashboards and reporting in Salesforce with Rev Ops to drive insight-led decisions and weekly actions. - Partner with RevOps to maintain data hygiene, improve funnel visibility, and optimize territory/capacity planning. Tools & Tech Stack - Govern and optimize the SDR toolkit: Salesforce, sales engagement (e.g., Groove/Salesloft), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and data/intent tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, 6sense, Clay). - Standardize sequence libraries, templates, and naming conventions; document best practices and updates.
