Specializing in the production of renewable ingredients for the perfumery, health & beauty, nutrition, and industrial sectors, we are seeking a Global Planning Manager for one of our sites in the Landes region.

Your Main Responsibilities :

Within the Global Planning team (8 people) and reporting directly to the Global Planning Director, your main responsibilities will be as follows :

 

  • Manage and lead Sales & Operation Planning meetings, in collaboration with a cross functional team including Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Controlling, Local Planning, Product Management, Customer experience in order to define the best supply strategies
  • Participate to strategic cross-divisional projects, and an IBP Process
  • Ensure Ingredients availability at the best cost for Internal and External
  • Participate to supply review meetings with production plants
  • Identify mid/long term Raw Material at risk and create scenarios to mitigate potential issues
  • Global distribution control (allocation)
  • Follow up on Key Performance Indicator (OTIF, Inventory.)
  • Ensure supply plan is sufficient to fill unconstrained demand plan and create, evaluate different scenarios linked to the Performance indicators
  • Participate to 360° projects linked to S&OP Process

You bring :

  • Education: Master’s degree in supply chain or Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Supply Chain environment, with hands‑on experience in Global Planning activities
  • Leadership
  • High skills in communication and teamwork.
  • An ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • An ability to present complex issues in a clear and concise manner and provide succinct results-oriented operational expertise.
  • SAP / APO knowledge is mandatory
  • An excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.
  • Fluency in English
  • Project Management skills
