What you'll bring to the team Global Creative & Media Marketing Manager Location: London, Arbor Hours: 37.5 hours per week Contract Type: Permanent, salaried The Global Creative & Media Marketing Manager plays a central role in shaping the creative direction, media strategy, and brand storytelling across Merlin Entertainments’ global attraction portfolio. This role ensures the development, delivery, and optimisation of world-class creative campaigns, maintaining brand consistency and media effectiveness across all markets. You will partner with global Content and Brand teams, creative and media agencies, and in-market Cluster marketing teams to drive campaign execution that elevates our brands, grows demand, and reinforces Merlin’s position as a global leader in branded entertainment destinations. Key responsibilities include leading the creation of global campaign assets, toolkits, and brand elements; supporting media strategy and investment decisions; embedding best-practice frameworks for creative and media execution; and acting as a brand guardian to ensure all outputs meet Merlin brand standards, IP requirements, and accessibility guidelines. You will also manage agency relationships, oversee production timelines and budgets, and work with market teams to localise campaigns and optimise media effectiveness. Continuous performance evaluation, insight-driven recommendations, and cross-functional collaboration are core to this role. Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in marketing, creative development, or media planning for consumer-facing brands. Track record delivering integrated, multi-market campaigns. Strong knowledge of global media strategy across digital, social, performance, and offline channels. Experience managing agencies, stakeholders, and complex projects with budgets and timelines. Analytical, data-driven, and able to turn insights into actionable recommendations. Excellent creative judgement and ability to balance ambition with commercial priorities. Passion for brand storytelling, innovation, and global consumer culture.
