You’ll contribute to strategic decisions for global clients, collaborate with colleagues across borders, and deliver innovative solutions that improve employee benefit outcomes worldwide. What You’ll Be Doing As a key member of our team, you’ll support and lead international actuarial and consulting projects. Your work will span strategic advisory, global coordination, and client engagement, with opportunities to grow your expertise and influence outcomes. Your Key Responsibilities: Deliver global pension accounting consolidation projects under IFRS and/or US GAAP, including assumption setting, special event reporting, and disclosure preparation. Coordinate diverse client teams to deliver advice on global and local employee benefit matters, including M&A, compliance, provider selection, and governance. Manage multi-country projects such as global benchmarking, total rewards alignment, cost optimisation, and governance initiatives. Champion the use of WTW technology to enhance client value. Collaborate across functions and regions, contributing to cross-functional initiatives. Support business growth through intellectual capital development and new business generation.
