Key Responsibilities Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their needs and business objectives through detailed consultations. Create and present tailored solutions that effectively address client challenges. Provide expert advice and guidance, acting as a trusted partner to enhance client satisfaction. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support of solutions. Conduct client training sessions to empower them in maximizing the use of our products. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to provide relevant and timely advice to clients. Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. Experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a similar field is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement. A good understanding of technology solutions and a willingness to learn new tools and platforms. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
