Generative AI Solutions Engineer

Core Responsibilities:<\/span>

8+ years of experience required.<\/span>
<\/p>

• Customer Engagement:<\/span> Work directly with customers to define and execute their Generative AI strategies.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• End\-to\-End Development:<\/span> Design, build, and deploy full AI workflows, taking them into production to solve real\-world problems.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Implementation & Integration:<\/span> Integrate large language models (LLMs) and other AI technologies into client operations, ensuring seamless collaboration across technical and non\-technical teams.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Product Influence:<\/span> Provide feedback and insights from customer field work to the core Palantir AIP product development team.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Problem Solving:<\/span> Apply strong analytical and engineering skills to manage ambiguous situations and deliver value through data\-driven solutions. <\/span>

  Required Skills and Qualifications:<\/span>
  <\/p>

  • Engineering Background:<\/span> A strong foundation in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Coding Proficiency:<\/span> Demonstrated ability in languages such as Python, Java, C++, or TypeScript\/JavaScript.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • AI\/ML Expertise:<\/span> Deep understanding of machine learning basics, the GenAI landscape, LLM integration (e.g., RAG, vector databases), and MLOps practices.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Palantir Platform Knowledge:<\/span> Experience using Palantir Foundry and AIP capabilities to manage data integration, ontology modeling, and application building (e.g., Workshop, Contour, Quiver).<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li> <\/ul>

    Soft Skills:<\/span> Strong problem\-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with comfort in a dynamic, customer\-facing environment<\/span>
