General Warehouse Operative

We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Lutterworth on a permanent and full time basis. 

Shift: 4on4off twilight shift- 12:00-00:00 

Salary: £27,599.76 plus £1,500 Banked hours premium, £1,000 attendance bonus and £500 MHE bonus (if trained) - Total annual salary potential £30,599.76

Job Description

• The shift patterns above operate on a Banked Hours Scheme.
• This role includes but is not limited to:
• Loading and unloading pallets using ride on powered pallet truck (PPT)
• Loading and unloading different type of trailers using RF GUN – to scan pallets
• Moving pallets throughout the warehouse and allocating them to relevant locations
• This is a very engaging role due to the fast-paced nature of our operation.

Qualifications

• PPT experience is essential. FLT (Reach) Training will be provided to the right candidate
• Ability to work within a chilled environment of 2-5 degrees
• Able to work to targets within a fast paced environment
• MHE Experience advantageous
• Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning
• Conscientious and reliable nature
