General Practitioner

Role: General Practitioner Location: Witham Salary: £85 per hour Employment Type: Temporary Shift Time: 08:00 – 18:30 We are currently recruiting an experienced and dedicated General Practitioner (GP) to join a friendly and supportive practice team in Witham. The successful candidate will provide high-quality clinical care, ensuring safe, effective, and compliant delivery of services to all patients. You will work collaboratively within a well-structured multi-disciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for the local community. Tasks All appointments are 10 minutes long Innovative clinical model focused on wellbeing, personalised planned care and timely access for patients Protected break time included in the rota Allocated clinical administrative time built into the day Supportive team environment with strong multi-disciplinary collaboration Deliver high-quality, patient-centred clinical care Undertake consultations, assessments, diagnosis and management of patients Provide professional advice, treatment plans and continuity of care Work effectively with the wider multi-disciplinary team to ensure integrated service delivery Maintain accurate patient records in line with clinical and regulatory requirements Contribute to safeguarding, quality improvement and best-practice procedures Requirements didate Requirements Full GMC registration and licence to practise Previous GP experience in primary care settings Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills Commitment to providing safe, effective and compassionate care Ability to work independently and as part of a wider clinical team If you are a motivated GP looking for a rewarding temporary role with excellent support and structure, we would love to hear from you.
