General Manager UK/Ireland

What is my impact? As the General Manager for the UK & Ireland, you will lead all commercial, strategic, and operational activities across both markets. You’ll own the delivery of sales, margin, and market share goals while developing strategies that fuel sustainable growth. Working closely with the EMEAI Market Access team, you’ll shape reimbursement pathways and market access opportunities that expand adoption and accelerate revenue. You’ll analyse trends, anticipate competitive moves, and translate insights into clear commercial action. A key part of your impact will be building strong partnerships across customer networks, health systems, and industry stakeholders. You’ll champion new product introductions, strengthen relationships with senior leaders across the region, and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
