What You Will Do Strategy Execution & Operations Lead company-wide execution of strategic initiatives. Build scalable processes and systems to support rapid growth. Drive cross-functional performance, ensuring on-time delivery and measurable outcomes. Business Performance & Commercial Growth Own business KPIs and drive revenue, customer acquisition, and retention. Identify growth opportunities in products, partnerships, and market expansion. Track performance metrics and optimise decision-making using data. Team Leadership & Talent Development Build strong teams with a culture of ownership, speed, and accountability. Develop leaders, set clear responsibilities, and establish performance standards. Ensure hiring, training, and workforce planning align with business needs. Operational Efficiency & Problem Solving Identify operational gaps and implement solutions without bureaucracy. Improve workflows, reduce costs, and optimise resource allocation. Lead high-priority projects that accelerate growth or remove bottlenecks. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership Work closely with the CEO and leadership team on strategic planning. Connect and align commercial, product, tech, and customer experience teams. Represent BJAK with partners, regulators, and external stakeholders as required. Minimum 1 year experience in the insurance industry Proven ability to manage P&L, scale operations, or drive commercial growth. Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing teams. Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes. Ability to work with data, structure ambiguity, and take decisive action. Bonus (Nice to Have) Experience in fintech, insurance, or digital platform businesses. Experience in founder-led or hyper-growth environments. Background in market expansion or multi-country operations.
