Your key objectives are to: Teach - bring our mission to life; tailor your teaching approach and support our members to achieve consistent progress Inspire– build strong relationships; inspire all children to become fearless learners Demonstrate Progress– support children to recognise progress; develop their reflective skills to be able to identify their own progress Deliver quality customer experience - inspire your members and their families; support their needs to ensure they get the most of our service whilst prioritising safeguarding and member wellbeing at all times What will you get from being a tutor with us? Stage two: Complete an assessment that involves a short maths test and a 3-question video interview. Stage three: Take part in a live Teams interview with a member of our recruitment team. How does it work?: You'll work consistent hours per week; you can request as many hours as you'd like as long as it's more than your minimum of 6 contracted weekly hours You'll work with the same students every week Our shifts are after school hours, and weekends You'll be paid hourly based on your age, and the number of hours you work Your starting hourly pay will be: Hourly Rate: - Under 18: £8 - 18-20: £10.05 - 21+: £12.25 You will be paid for all training and inductions. Earn more as you progress! You will start on the base rate for your age group, with an annual opportunity to increase your pay based on the number of hours you have tutored for us! To qualify, you'll need A Maths GCSE (equivalent) grade 8 or above To be age 17 or over To be currently living in the UK when commencing work with us, and have a right to work in the UK To have access to a laptop or computer device and internet connection All successful applicants will undertake employment reference checks, and a Disclosure & Barring Service check or PVG check. Please note, this role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the amendments to the Exceptions Order 1975, 2013 and 2020.
