- Role Summary: As a Technical Animator, you will collaborate with peers to develop and maintain gameplay animation systems. You will work with our animation systems in Unreal Engine 5 to support animators in achieving animation quality goals while ensuring gameplay responsiveness and behavioral goals are met. <\/div>

4. What are the key responsibilities?<\/b> <\/b><\/div>
- Collaborate with peers in designing and implementing animation state machines, behaviors, and runtime solutions following best practices. <\/div>
- Work with engineers and leads to create animation behavior tools and techniques for building complex movement systems. <\/div>
- Solve in -game animation implementation issues and provide technical support to the animation team. <\/div>
- Identify opportunities to improve the animation pipeline and propose solutions for technical animation efficiencies. <\/div>

- MUST -Have Skills and Qualifications: <\/div>
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AAA video game development with real -time animation systems. <\/div>
- Experience with Unreal Engine, ideally creating animation blueprints. <\/div>
- Self -motivated, creative problem solver, and excellent communicator. <\/div>
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback. <\/div>
- Passion for the gaming industry and knowledge of industry trends and technologies. <\/div>
