Company: Qualcomm Technologies International Ltd Job Overview: As a Summer Intern in the System Validation and Emulation team, you will assist in the pre-silicon system validation and emulation, as well as post-silicon verification of Qualcomm IPs. Your contributions will help ensure these IPs meet new product introduction milestones and are ready for mass production. As part of the role, you will be: Supporting the creation and execution of test cases on emulation platforms and silicon Assisting in implementing automation for testing processes Helping execute tests and troubleshoot issues that arise Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Digital Design, Analog Design, and Firmware/Software Engineers Participating in the verification and validation of solutions. Potential Projects Analog/Digital Audio Validation Audio End-to-End System Test Development/Validation System Validation – Coexistence Testing (Bluetooth/Audio/WiFi) Learning opportunities Gain hands-on experience in system validation and emulation. Develop skills in test case creation and automation. Work alongside experienced engineers and learn from their expertise. Contribute to real-world projects and see the impact of your work. Preferred Qualifications Solid understanding of analog and digital electronic fundamentals. Previous programming experience (C, Python). Analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with lab equipment and hands-on test environments. Exposure to simulation or emulation workflows. Basic experience with FPGA usage.
