Full time evening cleaning (Oromocto area)

Benefits: * Competitive salary * Free uniforms * Health insurance * Vision insurance Evening Janitorial (Oromocto/Lincoln) We are currently looking for a cleaning technician in the Oromocto/Lincoln area for applicants that have their own means of transportation to & from the job sites. Please note, the successful applicant would need to have their own vehicle to be able to get to/from the sites. Hours would be approximately: Sunday’s – 12:00pm – 8:30pm (2 sites) Monday’s – 5:30pm – 1:00am (2 sites)  Tuesday’s – 5:30pm – 11:00pm  Wednesday’s – 5:30pm – 2:00am (2 sites) Thursday’s – 5:30pm – 11:00pm 35.5 hours per week The successful candidates are required to have the following: -       Have a valid driver’s license. -       Be flexible with start/finish times, able to adapt with short notice. -       Reliability is key to being the successful candidate. -       Experience in Janitorial work would be considered an asset, but not necessary. -       Be flexible with hours, willing to stay late/come early if required. -       Able to work independently & around people -       A clean criminal record: and be able to provide a police background check and willing to complete security clearances as required. -       Able to take direction well, and able to work independently. -       Able to communicate in English both verbally and reading.  -       Be able to work various locations throughout the city -       Be energetic and able to perform duties within time frames -       Have an eye for detail cleaning Job Duties would include but not limited to.
