Full Stack Engineering Manager (Remote - US)

Accountabilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver full stack web applications, including React frontends and AWS serverless backends.
• Drive technical vision, design, and architecture of scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks.
• Oversee project management using Jira, ensuring tasks are tracked, sprints are planned, and milestones are met.
• Mentor, coach, and support team members, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
• Implement process improvements, best practices, and standards to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Provide technical guidance and review code, designs, and product impact assessments to maintain high standards.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment across teams to deliver cohesive product solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building React web applications and working with relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server).
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AWS serverless technologies (API Gateway, Lambda).
• Strong experience with browser compatibility, mobile-friendly standards, and web optimization.
• Expertise in Jira for project tracking, workflow management, and reporting.
• Ability to provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and hands-on support to development teams.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a bias for action.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Experience with Python, UX design, and additional AWS tools is a plus.
• Comfortable working autonomously while fostering accountability and a culture of continuous improvement.
